How to consign to the sale?
To Consign Email:
All donkeys will have a pedigree or a signed application from the following registries: ADMS / IMDR / ACOSA. All paperwork must be present at sign in of donkeys at the sale.
All donkeys must have at least a 2 generation pedigree on both sides: Dam & Sire.
There must be 5 photos for the consignment jury: right side, left side, rear (including legs), animals bite and a head shot. If there are any special markings or eye coloring please take additional photos so we can represent your animal properly and accurately.
Conformation & Health
All donkeys are required to have a coggins and (30 days-current) health certificate. If there are multiple donkeys on any paperwork copies must be made by the seller for each individual donkey before check in. We are asking that all donkey consignors give their donkeys a 5 way vaccination. We will post if it is given. It is voluntary but it benefits all of the donkeys at the sale and our herds.
Any donkeys that are not in good health at the time of the sale will not be sold and withdrawn from the sale. All donkeys sold will have required registration bites.
All donkeys will have sound conformation and reflect the quality of the breeders stock at this sale.
All animals will be consigned in advance. There are NO walk in's or last minute consignments. The sale list will be posted in advance for your consideration. All sales are final at the sound of the auctioneers gravel. The donkey will become the responsibility of the new owner.
