The North East Select Miniature Donkey Sale was created by a small consortium of miniature donkey breeders from New Jersey & Pennsylvania searching for a way to promote the breed that benefits the miniature donkey community. ​

​July 18, 19, 20th (One week left until the sale!)

Method of Payments Preferred: Cash or Credit Card. 
Checks will not be accepted without a bank letter of credit. If you pay by check all ADMS registration forms will be held until your check clears. 
Drivers License is required for all purchases and to get a bidder number. 

Sellers fee is 10% after sale is final, plus consignment fees. 
4% Charge will be added to all credit cards.
No American Express Cards. 

The consignor has the first right of refusal of their donkey. This must be done before the next donkey runs in the sale. 
All donkeys must run through the sale. If the donkey sells after a "NO SALE" the office must be notified so that the sale goes through the office. Failure to do this will lead to being banned from future sales. 
No extra fees will be charged if the consignor NO Sales a donkey. This is the sole right of the consignor. 

There are to be no “after sale” deals made on donkeys. If you are found to be dealing animals after the sale on the Howard County Fairgrounds you will not be allowed to participate in future sales. 

All Phone Bids need to be completed in advance of the sale. We will have details on this before the sale. 
 
Shipping arrangements need to be made in advance by the buyer. If you need help finding a shipper for your donkeys please inquire in advance. There are many breeders who may be going in the same direction that you need your donkeys to travel home.

Thursday Night
Thursday is for those traveling and want to check in early. July 18. We will be there from 10 am to 10 pm. Office is officially closed until Friday at noon. Breeders can hand in their paperwork early and get booklets Thursday from 5:00 pm until 10 pm.

Friday 
Office opens at noon. 
We will be holding our annual social dinner and clinics. 5:00 pm  
Dinner catered by Jamie Popso, Kathy Houck & BOD members

*10 am sale starts (office closes)
*Check out of donkeys is at the end of the sale. (office reopens)
